Giving consent refers to all personal data that Radin print d.o.o. may, in certain situations, collect when visiting the company’s websites, communicating through social media, contacting in the context of establishing business cooperation, interaction with Radin print d.o.o. as a business user, supplier, employer, employee, business partner etc. This includes, among other things, personal data collected online or offline.

In order to exercise the right to protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), in this document we clarify when and why we collect and process personal data.

Ways of personal data collection

Sharing personal data with others

We may share your personal data with service suppliers, business partners and other third parties, in accordance with the applicable law and business contracts we have with such institutions. In certain cases, where not stipulated by law, your personal data may be forwarded to third parties such as an accounting service, a company that provides customer records software service, a company analyzing wishes and interests on our website, a delivery service, etc. Radin print d.o.o. hereby confirms that it has warned all suppliers (third parties) conducting business with the company that they are themselves obliged to comply with the GDPR and that they must handle all the collected and processed data that are not part of the legal obligations by entering into an agreement on the transfer and processing of personal data (the so-called DPA agreement) which clearly sets out the supplier’s obligations to treat the personal data they obtain in this relationship in accordance with the law and other regulations in force and that they themselves fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and that they apply adequate organizational and technical data protection measures. If the law obliges us to obtain your consent or we, for some other reason, consider that your consent is required in certain circumstances, we will request it before sharing your personal data. After you have provided us with your personal data, it is possible to update and modify them or to request their deletion by e-mail at gdpr@radinprint.hr. You can also use this e-mail to ask other privacy-related questions or submit your complaints regarding privacy breaches. In order to prevent unauthorized requests, in the process of exercising your rights we will ask you to complete the form for exercising the rights of data subjects (natural persons) and forward it to us.

Scope

Social media

If you are a member of various social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., you should be familiar with the tools provided by these sites and how to share personal data on social media profiles. In addition, depending on the choice regarding the settings on various social media, certain personal data may be shared with Radin print d.o.o., such as information on your online activities, social media profiles (e.g. interests, marital status, sex, username, photo, comments and the content you have posted/shared, etc.).

Opt-out option for the newsletter

Each recipient of the Radin print d.o.o. newsletter may opt out of it by sending an e-mail at gdpr@radinprint.hr requesting that they no longer wish to receive it and entering the mail address to which they received the newsletter. Immediately upon receiving such request, a Radin print d.o.o. employee will remove the mail address from the list of the newsletter recipients and erase all correspondence permitted by law and may notify the applicant in writing on exercising the right to erasure.

On the Radin print d.o.o. website, you can find links to other websites with useful information. Such websites may operate independently of Radin print d.o.o. and may have their own privacy notices, statements or rules. Video surveillance

On its business premises, Radin print d.o.o. uses its own video surveillance to protect property and persons and informs visitors in advance (employees, existing and potential clients, visitors, suppliers, freelancers and others accessing the premises) by displaying prominent sings and by Radin print d.o.o. publicly disclosing in its Privacy Policy that it uses video surveillance to monitor the access to the business premises as well as the interior of the premises. Video surveillance is used exclusively for that and no other purpose.

The management, maintenance and processing of personal data collected through video surveillance are carried out by the company Kolnoa sustavi zaštite d.o.o. as the data processor. Radin print d.o.o. has signed an Agreement on Personal Data Processing and a Confidentiality Agreement with the company Kolnoa sustavi zaštite d.o.o.

The basis for using video surveillance in terms of the protection of valuable assets and the protection of persons accessing the premises has been declared an institute of legitimate interest and, for the same purpose, a Proportionality Test and an adequate DPIA risk analysis and impact assessment have been carried out.

The manner of using, managing and archiving recordings is regulated by the internal Video Surveillance Regulations and adequate technical and organizational data protection measures are in place.

There are prominent notices on the site indicating that the area is under video surveillance.

Children and minors

Radin print d.o.o. does not communicate in any sense with children and/or minors. If such contact happens to take place, any contact and communication with children and minors shall be carried out in such a way as to communicate, discuss, negotiate and conclude an agreement only with the parent/guardian. A contract, approval, consent and any other legally binding document shall be signed only by the parent/guardian.

How do we store data?

We store and process only those data and from those users who have given their personal consent for the data processing and/or in accordance with contractual obligations or we have obtained such data on the basis of a law or contract. The privacy protection of personal data is permanent and we take all protection measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

How do we protect the User’s personal data?

Radin print d.o.o. has set up a number of technical and organizational measures for personal data protection according to the estimated risks to personal data. These measures are related to the protection of office documents, computer protection, employee code of conduct, contractual relations with external service providers. In addition, financial transactions are regulated by law and are supervised by CNB which means that data is protected exactly as financial institutions are obliged to protect it. Also, Radin print d.o.o. applies certain and applicable data protection methods in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

Your rights

We wish to get to know you better in order to provide you with a better service while respecting your choice regarding the way we use your personal data.

Consent

You may be asked to give your consent for the collection and use of data.

Right to erasure

You may request the erasure of all your personal data for the use of which you have previously given your consent, unless there is a legal impediment to the erasure of which we will adequately inform you.

Data portability

You have the ability to transfer your personal data from one electronic processing system to another without being prevented from doing so by the data controller.

Withdrawal of consent

You have the right to fully or partially, without consequences and an explanation, withdraw the given consent and request the cessation of processing of your personal data and marketing activities directed at you. Right to restriction of data processing

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing if:

  • the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
  • the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the Data Protection Regulation pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject
  • Please note that we accept and take seriously our responsibility to protect the personal data you entrust us from loss, abuse or unauthorized access.

    All collected data shall be retained until the end of the purpose or as stipulated by law.
